You’re interested in learning how to do something specific with you body. It could be anything from a handstand, to breath work, or a split. You’ll learn techniques to push your body, and rehabilitation essentials to support your work.
Starting a Practice
You are new to moving your body as a habitual practice. We’ll frame MVMNT as a long haul investment so you can develop a habit that supports you for years to come. We’ll explore ways you can break away from outdated patterns, and build ones that make you feel expansive, creative, and joyful.
Beyond MVMNT
Develop practices beyond moving your body that help you connect to your power and emotional self. If we are what we do, we can be anything at all. It’s all in how we decide to divide our time.
